Day 7

Downtown Seattle

First we went to Pikes Place Market.  It's the oldest running Farmers Market in the U.S.
Beautiful Flowers and tons of fresh vegis.

Lots of fish too, but let's be honest...I passed right by that.

Then, the men in my life bought me beautiful flowers!  Only $10 each.  What a steal!

At the Market they have a delightfully disgusting wall called "The Gum Wall"

Then we went to a beautiful overlook spot close to the Space Needle.  It wasn't too chilly even though the sun was behind clouds.  We had a fun time.
The houses in this area were so beautiful.  It reminded us of the rebuilds in Naperville.

The "snarl" of Griff

After the overlook, we drove out to a beach just west of the city called Alki Beach.
And...
THE SUN CAME OUT!

And, Griff ate a lot of sand and got sick.  Awesome.
